Pro-Tour Express was founded in 1991 in Taipei , as a Class A Travel Agency in Taiwan. Coupled with market opportunity and expansion programs, it was subsequently upgraded to Composite Travel Agency in 1995.

Besides headquarter office in Taipei ,currently we have six branches island-wide, that include Hsinchu,Taichung, Chiayi, Tainan, and Yilan, employing more than 100 employees, more than 90% of the employees are with professional college or university degree. With branches island-wide , give us the advantages and speedy handling in case of emergency, thus ensure total customers satisfaction throughout the tour..

With the improvement in infrastructure and the increase in the demand of leisure activities, over the past few years, our business is growing at a tremendous growth rate of more than 10% per year, handling more than 15,000 passengers per year, (around 600 tour groups per year) Of the total passengers handled, about 75% were originated from Mainland China, with 10% of them belong to Muslim tourist. The balance of our market was originated from Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain. Overall Muslim travelers are our main market focus and also our key strength.

As a Composite Travel Agency in Taiwan, we offered a wide range of services that include tour guidance , airport transfers, hotel booking, private cultural tours, MICE, to seaside holiday arrangement and custom-tailored tour packages in accordance with clients' request and interests.

In addition to in-bound tour, we also offered an all-encompassing out-bound tour to South East Asia , Dubai, Oceania , Central & Eastern Europe, Northern Europe and USA. For high-end out-bound market’s cruise tour, we also offer cruise tour for Mediterranean Sea, Princess Cruise , Poles Cruise to Arctic and Antarctica, that make Pro-Tour Express as one of the top 10 Cruise Tour player in Taiwan.

It is worth to mentioned that we are also specialized in handling large group MICE tour for both in-bound and out-bound tours. The largest MICE tour that we handled was totaled 600 passengers from an insurance company.
